We are looking for a results-oriented Sponsorship Sales professional to drive revenue generation for our corporate events, summits, and conferences. This role involves developing high-value sponsorship packages, pitching to senior decision-makers, and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of the corporate events industry and be confident in selling to C-level executives, marketing heads, and business leaders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research, identify, and approach potential sponsors for corporate events and conferences.
  • Create and deliver tailored sponsorship proposals that align with client marketing and business objectives.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior executives.
  • Work closely with event production and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
  • Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.


Desired Skills & Competencies:


  • Proven track record in

    sponsorship sales, corporate event sales, or B2B business development

  • Strong ability to

    sell to senior stakeholders

    (CXOs, Marketing Heads, HR Directors, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft

    value-driven sponsorship packages

    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong network within corporate, MNCs, or industry associations is a plus.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales for

    corporate events, conferences, or exhibitions

    .
  • Must have very strong communication skills and ability to handle international clients
