Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Sales Representative / Officer / Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and sponsorship sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain relationships with existing sponsors to increase revenue and expand sponsorship opportunities.
Identify new sponsorship opportunities through research and market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized sponsorship proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Provide exceptional customer service to sponsors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sponsorship sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
