Role Description

Sponsorship Management Intern

The intern will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential sponsors, maintaining sponsor relationships, and ensuring all deliverables are met. You will also assist in crafting impactful sponsorship proposals, coordinating with internal event teams, and tracking sponsorship performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with our event goals
• Create, customize, and present sponsorship proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners
• Ensure fulfilment of sponsorship deliverables before, during, and after events
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sponsor branding with event execution
• Track sponsorship performance and prepare post-event reports

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management
• Ability to create compelling and persuasive sponsorship decks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of event planning and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in sponsorship or event marketing is a plus
• Enthusiastic about working in the events industry
