Job Description

About the Role:

Social Media Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter(X).
Monitor social trends, audience behaviour, and analytics to improve engagement.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in brainstorming campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Track and report on social media performance and insights.

Requirements:

Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics.
Basic understanding of hashtags, algorithms, and analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
