Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Rajkot. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Daily tasks will include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, and maintaining detailed records of student progress. The role also involves providing training and support to staff to facilitate better communication strategies within the educational environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia
• Expertise in communication and speech disorders
• Knowledge of language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including teachers and parents
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certification from a recognized speech-language pathology board
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
