Job Description

To facilitate learning in the best possible way using Project-Based Learning & Integrated Learning strategies or similar, keeping in mind the requirements of the board the school is affiliated to and the group of learners assigned. ● To ensure consistency is maintained by planning and implementing lesson plans as per the expected standards. ● To ensure overall development of the students by helping them achieve their learning targets and meet their result expectations. ● To provide remediation and IEP(Individualised Education Programme) support to the learners. ● To create, develop and maintain authentic and proper records/reports of students’ individual growth plans. ● To serve as an advisor and mentor of an assigned group of students in an advisory capacity. ● To create and implement advisory plans. ● To conduct group and one-on-one advisory sessions with students assigned to you. ● To counsel students under your charge and cater to their social-emotional needs. ● To give and receive constructive feedback to and from the students periodically. ● To assist in coordination, maintenance of students’ records and addressing parents’ queries. ● To ensure the safety and security of students while on campus. ● To facilitate interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary learning units in collaboration with other educators.
