Job Description

You will be working under general direction as a Specialist, Total Rewards, supporting various Total Rewards projects such as compensation studies, job evaluations, etc. Your responsibilities will include ensuring fairness and consistency in a timely manner. You will be conducting daily operations which involve investigations, mediations, and the administration of company policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs.
