Job Purpose

To support new product development and continuous improvement of Agriculture and Forestry tires through design, development, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to innovation and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Agriculture and Forestry tire patterns, cavities, layouts, and specifications.Prepare DEPR documents and support ERD creation for product releases.Manage end-to-end product development activities, coordinating with plant teams and global design centers.Work on product improvements and provide OEM support for released Agriculture and Forestry tire sizes.Use in-house PLM software and CAD/3D tools for design and development.Ensure projects are delivered as per defined timelines and development plans.Support interdepartmental activities and provide technical training to new team members.Key Result Areas (KRAs)Delivery of new Agriculture and Forestry tire developments as per plan.Timely response to OEM and internal customer requirements.Achievement of design and development milestones within schedules.Effective presentation of design findings and implementation progress.Execute assigned design tasks independently.Make decisions in line with SOPs and policies.Take tactical decisions within approved limits impacting project outcomes.Education & ExperienceQualification: BE / BTech (Mechanical or relevant discipline).Experience: 3–6 years in tire design and development with hands-on experience in Agriculture and/or Forestry tires.Skills & KnowledgeStrong understanding of Agriculture and Forestry tire performance requirements and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools such as UG/NX or CATIA (V5 preferred).CompetenciesStrong team orientation and interpersonal skills.Creative, adaptable, and eager for continuous skill development.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
