Perform various tasks within the GS-IN-SL team as per defined process documents
Prepare and maintain (Multi-)Project Reports such as:
Project Status Reports
Time to Pass (TTP) Reports including KPI tracking
Gate Calendar
GPS data tracking and follow-up
xSEP Development Project documentation
Support creation of internal orders and ensure basic understanding of engineering workflows
Execute assigned processes and tasks accurately and efficiently
Ensure regular and effective communication with internal stakeholders including project teams, sales management, logistics, and production teams
Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
Around 0 to 1 years of experience in Project Management/PMO or Sales Support, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of PLM software and CDB (Cim Database)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Customer-centric approach with negotiation and time management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong team player
Process-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
Willingness to work in flexible shift hours and travel internationally when required
