Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join McDonalds as a Specialist, People Programs based in the India Global Business Services Office. As a key contributor, you will support the successful execution of special projects, people program deployment, and HR project implementation for the Canada market. Your role involves developing and managing essential presentation materials and data artifacts to ensure the timely progress and alignment with GP strategy and goals in the market. **Responsibilities:** - Execute assigned programs and associated tasks to meet high-quality and on-time standards - Coordinate with in-market People team to ensure alignment on project scope, key tasks, and timeframes - Support the design and refinement of frameworks for program deployment to ensure consistency across markets - Complete all required administrative tasks for successful execution of employee programs throughout the program lifecycle - Partner to establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of people programs and special projects - Triage and escalate project issues or concerns to the relevant team members - Present project progress updates to relevant team members - Identify potential risks in program deployment and develop mitigation strategies - Create presentation materials & data management artifacts required for the effective deployment and phasing of special projects - Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the People Program Deployment - Monitor program performance and contribute to performance reporting - Support delivery of engagement materials to ensure successful deployment of programs **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Experience working in Human Resources or Project Management - Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices **Preferred Qualifications:** - Technical knowledge in areas of HR processes - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills - Ability to write well and communicate effectively - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations - Strong business acumen - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Strong ability to influence others - Project Management Expertise & Skills - Continuous improvement and growth mindset,
