The candidate should have practical knowledge Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes Knowledge of application development on web/mobile platforms Strong knowledge of Database queries and scripts Logical reasoning to solve real time practical issues, Scripting knowledge(Any) Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello Have good customer interaction skills Roles & Responsibilities Managing scrum team of 8-10 members . Daily standup calls with team and clients Status reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis Project planning and tracking Conducting project reviews on timely basis Tracking and managing the project teams Work closely with Developers, BA, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional team to resolve issues that arise during design, implementation and in post-production. Should be able discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one.
