Job Description

JD Specialist Payroll & HR Operations

Location – Chennai (Perungudi)

Shift – Singapore Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee data using SAP and SuccessFactors.
Payroll administration and processing
Support Learning & Development (L&D) operations and manage related metrics.
Analyze and report on L&D metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Experience:

Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors employee data management.
Proven experience in payroll processing; international payroll experience is a plus.
Experience in supporting L&D operations and managing related metrics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in L&D analytics and metrics.
Willingness to work in the Singapore time zone

Skills:

Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors.
Excellent payroll processing skills.
Strong understanding of L&D operations and metrics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
