Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in order management processes.
Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall order management efficiency.
Conduct thorough analysis of order data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of order management processes.
Provide training and support to junior team members on order management best practices.

Job Requirements
