Role Overview: As a Specialist, MEL Completion at Americans Tech Hub in Hyderabad, India, you will be a part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. Your role will involve developing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with various departments on technical issues, and maintaining technical documentation. You will have the opportunity to analyze and resolve Minimum Equipment List (MEL) discrepancies, coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams, and develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in MEL completion and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and resolve Minimum Equipment List (MEL) discrepancies - Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including MELs, repair schemes, and other maintenance-related documents - Conduct research and analysis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in MEL completion and maintenance operations - Provide 7-day coverage for the program within PSAs fleet on a rotating basis Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related field - Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and FAA guidelines - FAA 121 Airline Operator and associated FARs or equivalent experience - Experience with MEL completion and maintenance operations - Knowledge of PSA's maintenance procedures and policies - Experience with technical documentation and record-keeping - Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Additional Company Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details provided in the job description.
