Job Description

As a Pursuits Knowledge Management Specialist in the APAC region at JBS, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Knowledge Management Function. Your role will involve organizing, maintaining, and optimizing regional knowledge assets to support business operations, with a specific focus on curating proposal content for the Leasing Advisory business line. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for the APAC region. Building strong relationships with information gatekeepers, such as local Pursuits Leads, JBS Bid CoE team, broader JBS KM team, and Leasing Research teams, will be crucial to acquire essential content, templates, and data. Additionally, you will ensure that these partners uphold accountability for content accuracy, design consistency, proper tagging, and overall quality standards. Curating and maintaining high-quality local, regional, and global pitch materials, capability statements, and company information for APAC Leasing Advisory will be a key aspect of your role. Managing the APAC Pursuits central content repository, updating templates and baseline responses, and continuously enhancing proposal resources from completed bids will contribute to creating a reliable document library. Collaborating with stakeholders across APAC to develop and update critical content, such as CVs, track records, case studies, and company information, will be essential. You will also be responsible for developing, executing, and improving processes and protocols to ensure that materials within the KM platforms are accurate and up to date. Leading knowledge sharing initiatives through coaching, training workshops, and best practice facilitation will be another key responsibility. Creating robust reporting mechanisms to track and analyze key content usage metrics, providing actionable insights through regular, well-structured reports, will be crucial. Partnering with the Design team to create JLL-branded business line templates and driving continuous process improvements for higher productivity and increased efficiency will also be part of your role. Integrating AI solutions into knowledge management processes to automate routine tasks and enhance overall efficiency is a key requirement for this position. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in leading global KM programs and working with senior leadership is essential. In-depth knowledge of KM practices and technologies, particularly SharePoint, along with content management experience in creating lists/libraries/sites, is required. Having a proactive strategy development mindset, strong analytical skills to navigate business ambiguity, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing skills, attention to detail, excellent editing, proofreading, and quality control capabilities are crucial for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and copywriting experience will be advantageous for the position.,
