Specialist- Inside Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and utilizing various sources to generate new leads. Additionally, you will manage the CRM system to track leads and opportunities, prioritize them based on potential value, and maintain the database regularly. Collaboration with other teams will be essential to align strategies and achieve common goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling. - Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest in the product or service. - Utilize databases, social media, and industry events to generate new leads. - Customize emails to show relevance to the industry being targeted. - Fix technical meetings once the lead is minimally BANT qualified. - Manage the leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system. - Prioritize leads and opportunities based on their potential value and likelihood of closing. - Maintain the database on a regular basis. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or CRM management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
