As a member of the InCred Capital technology team, your role will involve helping the Service and Operations team automate their processes and enhance overall efficiency in conducting business. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the scaling of the business by eliminating manual processes. Key Responsibilities: - CRM setup and administration: Collaborate with business users to comprehend their requirements and implement them on the CRM platform. You will need a profound understanding of the CRM product and work closely with the CRM vendor and our implementation partner. - Robotic Process Automation: Identify automation opportunities with the Operations team, map processes to RPA tool capabilities, and collaborate with our implementation partner for effective solutions. - Business Analysis: Extend your work beyond RPA and CRM by engaging in projects where business processes need understanding and requirement documents must be prepared. You will be part of a team that identifies technology solutions to address these challenges and drives their implementation. Required Skills: - Proficiency in using industry-leading CRM and RPA solutions. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Effective stakeholder interaction, requirement comprehension, and documentation creation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Understanding of Capital markets and investments is advantageous. - Prior experience with Zoho suite is beneficial.
