Job Description

Role: Specialist HR Services ( PMO + L&D)

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: 8+

Skills: PMO, Learning & Development, Project planning, Cost estimation, Instructional design

JD

  • Contribute to business development
  • Produce cost estimates for new service requests together with senior project manager
  • Manage workstreams and tasks
  • Facilitate customer interactions
  • Planning resources and activities within the scope of the project with senior project manager
  • Support organization of the project team
  • Manage external contractors and their contributions to project deliverables
  • Control project time management and progress towards achieving project milestones
  • Control project financials to comply with project budget
  • Identify key stakeholders for the projects (e.g., subject matter experts)
  • Implement project governance framework
  • Implement project communication plan by target groups and available communication devices
  • Identify and report on project related risks
  • Creation of meeting minutes for project meetings
  • Document client and user feedback received on key project deliverables
  • Contribute to process analysis and design of improvement options
  • Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs)
  • Continuous improvement of guidelines and training material

  • Learner Experience Design: Ability to develop learner-centered journeys by following instructional design principles.
