The team is tasked with developing and implementing redesigned systems infrastructure in collaboration with developers and human capital Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
In this role, you will be a part of the Core Human Capital (CHC) team and will partner with functional teams and developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and improve our HC platforms and will be responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, and implementing agreed priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document the requirements, and create detailed functional specifications. You will also oversee the UAT process to ensure that the system meets user requirements and is free from defects. Lastly, you will be responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports the organization's human capital management processes and aligns with its strategic goals.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Basic qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Capital systems and processes
- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in advanced Excel
- A proven track record of working on HC modules such as time and attendance, performance, onboarding, etc.
- An aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical people into technical requirements, and the ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions along with the ability to break down problems into smaller components and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions
- The ability to track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues
- The quality of being able to build effective relationships, influence others, and facilitate effective teamwork
Preferred qualifications:
- Functional Workday (or similar tools) experience in both consulting and in-house positions
