Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Rewards Research (Career) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


Specialist – Executive Remuneration Delivery (C1)


What can you expect?

The Executive Rewards Research team collects Compensation and Benefit data disclosed in the proxy statements and annual reports of the Top Core Research Group companies listed in various countries (E.g. S&P500, ASX200, FTSE100, FTSE250) The Career Executive Compensation business uses our data for benchmarking Top Executives and the Board of Directors. Our data is also being used to create the market products like handbooks, surveys etc.


We will count on you for:

  • Independently and accurately conducting thorough research and data collection from verified public disclosures/annual reports.
  • Performing comprehensive end-to-end data validation to ensure 100% accuracy before submission to consultants.
  • Continuously enhancing process knowledge through:
  • Self-directed learning/upskilling.
  • Regular review of training documents & materials.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance with all internal policies and guidelines.
  • ELVA Ideas- Identifying and implementing process improvement ideas (at least 1 in a year).
  • Interacting with consultants on project-related clarifications.
  • Offering support and expertise to the COE Team.


What you need to have (Eligibility Criteria):

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • High attention to detail – e.g. 1 end-to-end project takes 3-4 hours with almost no room for errors
  • Excellent Quantitative research skills and analytical ability
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills to interact with global stakeholders
  • Good command of MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
