The Specialist-Client Services plays a crucial role in Wholesale Banking Operations by providing exceptional client servicing through in-depth trade and banking expertise. Your main objective will be to customize cash and trade products to meet market demands, effectively support regional business stakeholders, and manage their expectations aligned with client needs. It is imperative to mitigate financial and reputational risks by closely monitoring, controlling, and regulating processes within the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and enhance relationships with selected clients to elevate business partnerships. - Exercise control over assigned portfolios to ensure top-notch customer service delivery. - Continuously monitor customer quality to mitigate potential risks to the bank. - Enhance client-related processes related to Cash Management Services (CMS) and general banking products. - Address escalation issues and resolve any processing gaps identified post-implementation. - Share regular updates and knowledge on clients within the portfolio with the Client Service Team. - Stay informed about industry changes and educate clients accordingly. - Support the client services operations team in managing client queries, documentation maintenance, record storage and retrieval, client account maintenance, and fulfilling special requests using core banking software. - Stay updated on complex databases and applications to facilitate the delivery of customer service amidst evolving products and services. Education Qualifications: - Graduation in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. Experience: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Wholesale Banking Operations or a related field.,
