What's in it for you?The Specialist in this position will provide hands-on test automation services to ERP/Non-ERP engagements along with test all the assigned Controls during SOX testing cycles. You will also suggest/bring about process improvement in SOX and test automation. You will also be required to understand the business requirements from the lead/stakeholders and provide inputs for technical solutions as per feasibility and RoI (Return on Investment). - You will be required to deliver all SOX testing/test automation services as per committed quality and timeline.
- You will also be addressing challenges in case of surge requirements, absence and attrition.
- You will be required to participate in global and regional IT projects by providing efficient testing/automation services.
- Ensure adherence to the SOX testing/test automation processes & maintain quality of deliverables. Assist in technical evaluations for respective areas of expertise will also be a part of your job role.
- You will be helping new team members to understand the SOX testing/test automation process & framework.
- Your job role will also ensure distribution of knowledge within the team through proactive cross skilling and knowledge management activities and enhance techniques in own field of expertise.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- The person should have technical know-how & strong hands-on experience on multiple testing/test automation tools/frameworks and software lifecycles (Tosca, qTest, Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc) will be qualified for this position.
- You should have thorough awareness of the IT strategy and how different teams integrate and interact.
- You should have the knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area.
- Also, the person should have in-depth knowledge of trends and developments related to testing/test automation.
- The applicant should have a degree or equivalent from a reputed institute and formal training and/or Certification in related technology or process areas would be desired.
- You must have 3-5 years of experience in test automation/SOX testing with onshore/offshore teams.
