Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist - Analytics-BI to join our team at R1 RCM Global Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and business intelligence, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement advanced analytics models and algorithms to drive business growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using data-driven insights.
Design and maintain complex databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives.
Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends that inform business decisions.
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and business intelligence.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of analytics principles, including statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in SQL and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
