Specialist - Analytics-BI

Your responsibilities will include taking on new initiatives independently, collaborating with stakeholders, creating SOPs and TATs for projects, and being a strong team player. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute with a good academic track record - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Advance Analytical Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL - Strong understanding of SSIS (ETL) with proficiency in SQL & PL SQL - Expertise in DAX & Visuals in Power BI with experience in end-to-end projects - Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis - Ability to interpret data using advanced analytical tools, analyze results, and provide reports - Capability to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets and communicate effectively with technical and business resources at various levels - Adaptability to new business cultures and ways of working - Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision At R1, we offer a dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow through collaboration and professional development opportunities.
