Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Administration Professional to manage end-to-end administrative operations at our Bangalore site, supporting approximately 600 employees. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in facility management, housekeeping, cafeteria and pantry services and event coordination.

Expereince:1-3 Years

Location: Bengaluru

  • Managing office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Maintaining records and reports.
  • Maintaining inventory of office assets.
  • Overseeing office supplies, procurement and vendor management.
  • Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
  • Handle House Keeping and Security.
  • A working knowledge of advanced Excel and Power BI will be an added advantage.
