Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Executive Sales Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting the company’s engineering solutions. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing and presenting sales proposals, achieving sales targets, and supporting customers with product inquiries. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills in areas such as lead generation, prospecting, sales presentations, and negotiations
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and machinery such as SPMs, PLC control panels, and conveyor assembly lines
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with pneumatic components and related industrial products is preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and travel for client visits when necessary
