Job Description

The Special Educator will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing tailored learning strategies and support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Individualized Support: Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific needs of students with learning disabilities or other special needs. Classroom Assistance: Provide in-class support and differentiation for students with learning challenges, ensuring that they can participate fully in classroom activities. Assessment and Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents, teachers, and school leadership. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with general education teachers to adapt lesson plans, teaching strategies, and materials to ensure inclusivity.
