At-Home Special Educator (Full-Time | Panchsheel, New Delhi | ₹60,000/month) Location: Panchsheel, New Delhi (In-person, not remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) | Saturday availability preferred Salary: ₹60,000/month We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Special Educator to work one-on-one with a 9-year-old child who is being home-schooled . This role is ideal for someone who knows their craft, brings structure and creativity to learning, and is confident working independently in a home setting. About the Role You will be the primary educator for a neurodivergent learner — planning and delivering lessons across subjects, supporting emotional and sensory needs, and creating a nurturing yet goal-oriented learning environment. This is not a role for beginners — we’re looking for someone seasoned, passionate, and grounded in inclusive education practices. Who You Are A qualified Special Educator with 3+ years of experience , especially in one-on-one or home-schooling settings. Well-versed in neurodiversity, IEPs, and adaptive learning methods . Creative, patient, organized — capable of setting clear goals while making learning engaging. Fluent in English and Hindi. Based in or willing to commute daily to Panchsheel, South Delhi . Comfortable collaborating with therapists and the child’s family. Responsibilities Develop and implement a customized academic and co-curricular plan. Maintain consistent structure, daily routines, and progress records. Use multi-sensory, visual, and play-based learning techniques. Foster emotional regulation and functional independence.
