What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized support to students with special needs
• Adapt lessons and materials for diverse learning abilities
• Support behavior management and classroom routines
• Help build students' confidence, communication, and independence
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support teams
• Monitor progress and share insights with school staff and parents

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working in a special needs classroom
• Credential evaluation for U.S. education (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
