Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Provide one-on-one instruction and small group instruction to meet the unique learning needs of students. Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with general education teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and involve them in the educational process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience working with children aged 5-18 years old. Strong understanding of child psychology, pedagogy, curriculum designing, and assessment techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.
