Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory across service centers and dealers.
Coordinate with the central warehouse and vendors for spare part procurement and timely replenishment.
Issue spare parts to technicians and authorize orders as per repair jobs.
Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions as needed.
Ensure correct parts are issued based on job cards and part numbers.
Verify inward and outward movement of parts and update records accurately.
Track non-moving and slow-moving parts and take necessary action to optimize inventory.
Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability and pricing.

Assist in spare parts planning during new product launches or seasonal service loads.
Ensure compliance with company standards in packaging, storage, and part handling.
Maintain MIS reports, stock registers, and part consumption records.
Coordinate with regional service heads and workshop managers for smooth supply operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or any relevant field.
2-4 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in electric vehicle (EV) or automotive industry.
Good knowledge of electric 2-wheeler components and part nomenclature.
Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP / Inventory Management Systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timelines.
