Spares Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. ECO & EVO Management

• Create new part numbers, Key Items (KI), and Bill of Materials (BOM) in R2P with packaging details.
  
• Manage new VIB creation for CS (Phase IN) and plan Phase OUT activities.
  
• Update related technical and planning documents.
  
• Attend ECO/EVO review meetings.
  

2. Material & Production Planning

• Plan CS spare parts and in-house production (including tubs, panel bodies, and programming).
  
• Manage spare parts planning for refurbishment activities.
  

3. Delivery Coordination

• Plan deliveries to CS Mumbai and CS Furth.
  
• Convert planned orders to production orders, create E-way bills, and delivery notes.
  
• Provide backup support for SCL delivery activities.
  

4. New Part Tracking

• Monitor routing, costing, and MRP updates for new spare parts.
  

5. Field Issue Resolution

• Close eFSB calls and resolve customer service-related field issues.
  

6. Customer Service Production Planning

• Release production orders and update CS production/delivery reports.
  
• Review open orders and create CAM orders for production.
  

7. Cross-Functional Team Coordination

• Attend CS meetings with CFT (Cross Functional Teams) and follow up on action points.

Qualifications

• Education:
