Job Title: Stores Executive Department: Stores & Inventory Management Reporting To: Stores Manager / Warehouse Manager Job Summary: The Stores Executive will be responsible for efficient handling of all material movements, including issuing materials to the production department, transferring materials between warehouses, and maintaining accurate records in SAP. The role also requires advanced Excel skills to prepare and analyze inventory reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Key Responsibilities: Material Issue: Issue materials from Warehouse 2 (or other designated warehouses) to the Production Department as per production plans and material requisitions. Ensure proper documentation and timely posting of material issue entries in SAP. Material Transfer: Coordinate and execute material transfer from one warehouse to another. Prepare stock transfer documentation and update records in SAP. Monitor stock levels across warehouses to ensure accuracy. SAP Process: Perform all material transactions in SAP (Issue, Transfer, Goods Receipt, and Stock Adjustments). Ensure timely and error-free entries and generate relevant stock and issue reports. Excel Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Use VLOOKUP to match and verify stock data across multiple sheets. Create and analyze Pivot Tables for consumption, stock movement, and variance reports. Reconcile stock differences and assist in physical stock audits. Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow. Follow up with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely material availability. Compliance & Housekeeping: Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials. Maintain 5S and safety standards in the warehouse area. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com, BBA, or B.Sc.). 24 years of relevant experience in stores or warehouse management. Working knowledge of SAP MM Module (Material Management). Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation). Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to perform physical stock checks and handle manual documentation when required. Should be flexible with work timings as per production schedules.

Job Title - Purchase Executive BOP Qualification B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Engineering Work Experience 3 to 5 years Key Skills Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with BOP (Bought-Out Parts) components in automotive or engineering industry. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Vendor management and development. Cost negotiation and benchmarking. Inventory control and demand planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Understanding of quality systems and documentation. Roles & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end procurement of Bought-Out Parts (BOP) as per production schedules and project requirements. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with suppliers. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Monitor and manage supplier performance on-time delivery, quality compliance, and responsiveness. Develop alternate sources for critical components to reduce dependency on single vendors. Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Planning, Design, and Quality to align procurement with project needs. Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid production delays or excess stock. Track and resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays with minimal impact to operations. Maintain procurement documentation such as POs, quotations, contracts, and vendor records. Participate in cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Ensure all materials comply with quality standards and certifications. Assist in internal and external audits related to procurement. Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and supplier innovations.

Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer (FSE) Pune 2 - 5 years INR 2.5 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities 1. Install and commission machinery/equipment at customer sites. 2. Perform preventive maintenance as per the schedule. 3. Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot faults. 4. Carry out on-site repairs for mechanical/electrical/electronic issues. 5. Provide technical support and training to operators/customers. 6. Prepare and submit service, commissioning, and visit reports. 7. Recommend and arrange spare parts replacement when required. 8. Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalation/support. 9. Ensure safety standards are followed during site work. 10. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. 11. Be ready to travel frequently to different customer locations. Preferred candidate profile 1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. 2. 15 years of relevant experience in service, installation, or maintenance of machinery/equipment (Freshers can be considered for junior roles). 3. Good technical knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, or basic automation. 4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 5. Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer sites. 6. Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. 7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. 8. Positive attitude, flexible, and ready to work under pressure if required. 9. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. 10. Local language fluency + working knowledge of English.

Spares Parts Executive Pune 2 - 4 years INR 2.25 - 4.25 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities 1. Maintain optimum spare parts inventory levels. 2. Receive, store, issue, and track spare parts accurately. 3. Process customer orders for spare parts promptly. 4. Handle customer queries related to spare parts availability, prices, and delivery. 5. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement of parts. 6. Prepare purchase orders and related documentation. 7. Maintain updated records in ERP/SAP or inventory management system. 8. Monitor stock movement and generate inventory reports. 9. Technical Skills: Knowledge of spare parts catalogues, part numbers, and basic technical specifications. Familiarity with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems. Good MS Excel and reporting skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer handling skills. Good negotiation and vendor coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Other Requirements: Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and logistics processes. Ability to work independently and in coordination with service and sales teams. Willingness to visit suppliers/customers if require
