• Job Title: Parts Incharge – Car Showroom
• Location: Chromepet, Chennai
• Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain adequate stock of automobile spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shortages or excess.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all parts.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for service jobs.
• Handle parts requisitions, billing, and documentation in line with company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Generate reports on stock movement, sales, and consumption trends.
• Ensure compliance with showroom standards, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Supervise staff working in the parts department and provide necessary training.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma (Automobile or Mechanical background preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/ERP systems (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
