Role & responsibilities

  • Spare Parts Network Expansion:

    Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and retailers for Agri Implement spare parts.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and ensure business profitability.
  • Dealer & Retailer Engagement:

    Build strong relationships with tractor dealers, service centers, and agri-implement distributors and retailers to drive parts sales.
  • Market Coverage & Travel:

    Regular field visits across different states to monitor network performance and explore new business opportunities.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

    Work closely with the supply team to ensure optimal spare parts availability for distributors and retailers.
  • Competition & Market Analysis:

    Keep track of industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Aftermarket Support & Branding:

    Strengthen brand positioning in the spare parts market by ensuring high availability and service support.
