About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Spare Parts Manager to oversee the entire spare parts operations of our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, vendor coordination, parts ordering, billing, and ensuring smooth functioning of the parts department.
Responsibilities:
Manage spare parts operations and inventory.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for timely procurement.Handle stock monitoring, ordering, and billing.Support workshop and retail parts requirements.Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth parts flow.Lead and supervise store staff.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in automobile spare parts management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and vendor coordination.Good communication and leadership skills.Experience with DMS/ERP systems preferred.
