SPARE BILLING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Spare Billing Executive to join our team at Cannanore Automotive Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing spare part invoices, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Title: Spare Billing Executive

Location: Pallikkulam, Kannur

Job Responsibilities:

· Verify and process invoices for spare parts purchases

· Generate and dispatch invoices to customers

· Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions

· Perform regular reconciliation of spare parts accounts

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues

· Generate reports and analysis on spare parts billing and sales trends

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

· 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related role in the automotive industry

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

· Knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP) and automotive industry regulations is a plus
