Spa & Wellness Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wellness Spa Head to lead spa operations and wellness services at a growing professional setup in Jalandhar. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overall spa performance, team management, service quality, and training coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, people management skills, and a deep understanding of wellness and spa service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Operations & Service Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction
• Design and implement spa service protocols and SOPs
• Monitor therapist performance and ensure compliance with wellness standards

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, train, and supervise spa therapists and support staff
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure optimal manpower planning
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
• Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined work culture

Training & Academy Coordination:

• Coordinate with training teams for practical learning sessions
• Support skill development programs, workshops, and demonstrations
• Ensure alignment between spa services and training standards

Business & Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, consumables, and vendor coordination
• Support revenue growth through service optimization and upselling strategies
• Handle client feedback, escalations, and service recovery
• Prepare basic operational and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in spa or wellness operations
• Prior experience in a supervisory or head role preferred
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, wellness protocols, and hygiene standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage both operational and training-related responsibilities
• Candidates from Jalandhar or willing to relocate to Jalandhar only
