Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all spa services and treatments.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing spas or similar establishments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, including booking systems and point-of-sale software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
