Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes, including but not limited to Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapams, a variety of curries, chutneys, sambar, and traditional sweets.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and report needs to the kitchen supervisor.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Innovate and suggest new South Indian dishes or variations to enhance our menu.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a reputable restaurant, catering service, or food production company.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various South Indian culinary techniques, spices, and regional specialties.
• Passion: A genuine passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering authentic flavors.
• Hygiene: Strong understanding and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.
