We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic and high-quality South Indian dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, taste consistency, kitchen hygiene, and time management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, chutneys, sambar, meals, etc.
• Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of all food items.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Manage daily mise-en-place, cooking, plating, and timely service.
• Monitor stock, ingredients, and place requirement requests as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow hotel food guidelines.
• Maintain discipline and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a South Indian Cook.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
