Job Description

We are looking for an experienced south indian chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence, be able to handle a high-volume kitchen, and be well-versed in working with a combi oven.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the resort's standards and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Familiarity with working with a combi oven
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
