Train and supervise kitchen staff on South Indian cooking techniques. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar role. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus. Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking methods. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
