Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes using traditional recipes and techniques.
  • Develop and update the menu with creative and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff on South Indian cooking techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking methods.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
