Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef specializing in Thai cuisine. The position is located in Bhubaneswar. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen. Daily tasks include creating Thai dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the Sous Chef will handle inventory and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing Thai cuisine, including main dishes, appetizers, and desserts
• Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and maintaining inventory
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• High standards for food quality and presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
