Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as a Chinese Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Chinese food, as well as excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook Chinese food to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
2. Recipe Development: Assist in developing new recipes and menus to enhance customer experience.
3. Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
4. Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage momo ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
