Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Bangalore Company: Dailydish – Fresh, Home-Style Meals About Us DailyDish is an online food company for people who cannot cook every day — like bachelors, working couples, office employees, and school children. We are running 3 kitchens (hubs) in Bangalore and we make fresh, affordable, and clean meals daily. Your Work Help in planning the menu and fixing recipes for bulk cooking. Taste food during cooking to check quality. Guide and supervise cooks and helpers in the kitchen. Follow our cooking and hygiene process (SOPs). Plan and order ingredients for the next day. Cook 4–5 dishes every day yourself. Report to the owner or our consulting Executive Chef. What You Need At least 8 years cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, or big kitchens. Good knowledge of South Indian and North Indian food. Experience in bulk cooking for up to 500 people. Basic computer knowledge for planning and reports.
