Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and direct other kitchen staff, acting as the second-in-command to the Head Chef.
Food preparation
: Prepare and cook a variety of continental breakfast items, and other dishes, while ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
Ensure the freshness of ingredients and inspect the quality of all food before it is served.
Kitchen management
: Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, including staff scheduling, and ensuring all food is prepared on time.
Hygiene
: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Preferred candidate profile

BHM, This role requires a blend of strong culinary skills and leadership abilities to handle the demands of a busy breakfast.
