Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct other kitchen staff, acting as the second-in-command to the Head Chef.
  • Food preparation

    : Prepare and cook a variety of continental breakfast items, and other dishes, while ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Ensure the freshness of ingredients and inspect the quality of all food before it is served.
  • Kitchen management

    : Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, including staff scheduling, and ensuring all food is prepared on time.
  • Hygiene

    : Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Preferred candidate profile

BHM, This role requires a blend of strong culinary skills and leadership abilities to handle the demands of a busy breakfast.
