Sourcing Specialist

Role & responsibilities Source and hire blue-collar staff through multiple channels (field recruitment, job fairs, referrals, walk-ins, local vendors, etc.). Drive bulk hiring campaigns to meet monthly and weekly hiring targets. Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth documentation and joining processes. Use local intelligence and data to optimize sourcing strategies. Build a network of local recruitment partners and vendors . Maintain candidate databases and hiring dashboards. Ensure recruitment is done within TAT and quality parameters . Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in blue-collar or field recruitment. Strong understanding of local job markets and hiring trends . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hindi, English, Kannada and Tamil Ability to handle high-pressure and target-driven environments .
