Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop & implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals

🔹 Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing & quality

Source fabrics and trims for Western women’s wear – specifically for dresses, tops, t-shirts, and denim

🔹 Monitor market trends & supplier performance

🔹 Oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory

🔹 Drive cost savings and sourcing improvements

🔹 Build and maintain strong vendor relationships in the women’s wear category

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 8+ years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management

✅ Strong vendor development & negotiation skills

✅ Experience in apparel/fashion industry preferred

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
